SUDDENLINK HOME SECURITY SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

If you're paying extra money to suddenlink for their security system you may want to read this. This is a true story.

First off my family and I have had Suddenlink's service for about 8 years now. We have had our phone, cable, and internet service under Suddenlink and the prices had been fair. 3 years ago my family decided to purchase Suddenlink's security due to all of the break-ins that were occurring at the time in our neighborhood. Just last week, Thursday to be exact, someone broke into our home, and yes the alarm was enabled. They got in through a back window. When  they opened the door the alarm went off and they were able to disable the alarm by just snatching the alarm box off of the wall. They got away with a lot of our personal belongings. The police were never notified and Suddenlink were unaware that the alarm had been tampered with.

If you're paying extra money to have Suddenlink's security plan I truly recommend that you rethink your decision. If you're going to be paying for home security you would rather pay for a home security system that will actually alert the police and one that is not going to be so easy to disable by just snatching it off of the wall.

Don't think that this can't happen to you. My Family and I do not stay in a rough neighborhood. We actually stay in a very nice neighborhood. So please be careful and be wise by learning from my experience. Be blessed.
